I keep villa details, photos, prices and availability as accurate as I can, but they can change without notice and aren't an offer. A villa is only reserved once a written agreement is signed and any deposit is paid.
Fees
Fees shown on this site are my current standard rates. The fee that applies to you is the one written in your agreement.
Content
Text and photos on this site belong to Sapa Properties or the villa owners and are used with permission. Please don't copy them for other listings.
Links
Links to other sites, like Airbnb or Google Maps, are for convenience. I'm not responsible for their content.
