About

Founder, Sapa Properties
I spent ten years in luxury hospitality: front desks, spas and bridal suites. That taught me how a well-run place feels from the inside, and that people forgive almost anything if someone actually answers.
When I got to Uluwatu, I found beautiful villas being looked after indifferently. So I started Sapa Properties as a properly licensed company, beginning with one villa in Bingin. Now I find long-term tenants, look after villas once they move in, and run Airbnb and holiday rentals for owners who'd rather have guests. Behind me is a full team of cleaners, pool and garden staff, so nothing waits on a stranger.
How I work

Close enough to fix it today.
Uluwatu, Bingin, Padang Padang and Pecatu. I turn down villas further out, because I can't look after a home properly from an hour away.

Contracts, receipts, updates.
What's in the rent goes in the contract. Repairs come with receipts. Owners get regular written updates, whether there's news or not.

Usually within the hour.
If a villa won't rent for what you hoped, I'll say so. If something breaks at 9pm, you'll hear back. That's most of the job.

The good ones on the Bukit rarely make it to the Facebook groups. They go to whoever's already on my list.
One email when something opens up. That's it.When a home comes free, you'll hear from me first. If you're after something specific, WhatsApp me and tell me what it is.
