This explains what Sapa Properties (PT Ambrose Villa Management) collects through this website and what happens to it.
What I collect
When you fill in a form on this site, I receive what you type: usually your name, email, WhatsApp number, dates, and details about a villa you're interested in or own. I don't collect anything else about you through the forms.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, to match you with a home, to send the waitlist emails you asked for, or to prepare a rent estimate or management proposal. I don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and arrive in my business email. If you become a tenant, owner or guest, your details are kept with your contract and payment records.
Cookies and similar
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small note so the waitlist pop-up doesn't keep reappearing. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap and CARTO, and fonts load from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when they do.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time, or ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email sofi@sapaproperties.id.
